This week, a plaque was mounted beside the mural created by JRPS students with Indigenous Artist Mr. Douglas. The plaque can be located beside the school office in the front office.
Last Friday, JRPS students and staff collected a 140 bags of leave from the school grounds. Congratulations to students and staff on this wonderful act of community service and preparing our school grounds for next spring.
This morning, JRPS held two Remembrance Day assembles. During the assemblies students learned about the contributions of all Canadians in keeping peace and war. Lest We Forget.
Tonight JRPS had its Meet and Greet. A wonderful turnout from out families,
Staff and School Council. Stay in touch with JRPS with the Ravens Review sent home every Friday afternoon! Reminder tomorrow is a PA Day and there is no school for students.
Hope all our JRPS families had a wonderful and relaxing summer. The office is open this week for registration. On August 30th, families will receive an email from the office about class placement and start up procedures for the first day of school on Sept 3rd.
Happy #LastDayofSchool!
