Enjoy your weekend coach @CoachDoty and remember this: To compete you must complete. Champions finish. I believe this becomes your best effort yet @ESUMensBBall. No matter who wins, no matter who loses, the entire @ESUSports nation applauds 1) What you do, and 2) How you do it.

My son just signed his first contract as a software engineer @CoachDoty. His activities as an athlete, and his past interaction with coaches like you assist him daily in excelling on the items you list. The athlete learns how to prepare, implement and finish for success.
Reasons to hire an athlete:
•They are used to working under pressure.
•They understand that doing work outside of working hours is where they’ll gain their advantage.
•They’ve endured success and defeat; they’ve handled winning and managed adversity.
•They understand personal accolades without team success is futile.
•They’ve learned how to manage their time and balance many responsibilities at the same time.
•They are used to being coached, making adjustments, and achieving results.
•They have produced in high stress environments
•They understand building trust, showing improvement, and earning results is the way to advance their role within an organization.
•They embrace authority and being held accountable.
•They relish in the success of their teammates.
Not lost on me that Cipriano made his way through the University of Idaho and Sutton got his college start with Dr. Taylor and the College of Southern Idaho.
Bill Self was talking about OU HC legend Billy Tubbs and started reminiscing about the old Big 8 Conference
"The best days of college basketball, we had it better than anybody"
He listed a group of coaches that "made this league great":
Billy Tubbs - Oklahoma
Larry Brown - Kansas
Jack Hartman and Lon Kruger - K-State
Norm Stewart - (Missouri)
Johnny Orr - Iowa State
Joe Cipriano - Nebraska
Eddie Sutton - Oklahoma State

Bobby Bowden (R.I.P.), Tom, Osborne, and Joe Paterno (R.I.P.) were the last, and they will each chuckle about all those who wanted to run them out of town.
It was proven when Jonathan Smith left. It was proven when Kalen DeBoer left. It was proven when Jedd Fisch left. It was proven when Lincoln Riley left. It will be proven over and over and over again that coaches are going to chase the money and exposure. There is almost no loyalty anymore.
Stop committing to a coach. Commit to a university and place you feel could be home no matter what adversity is thrown your way.
It’s OFFICIAL - Michael Penix is the biggest Heisman Snub in College Football History
The voters really chose the QB of a 9-3 team over a 13-0, undefeated CFP team just because one happened to play in the SEC…
Penix just went into Jayden Daniel’s state, & put on a bigger SHOW than Daniels ever could at LSU 💪
This is why the Heisman Trophy should be awarded AFTER Bowl Season…
What Penix did tonight is worth more than Jayden’s ENTIRE season combined 💯
That feeling when you find out you are playing at home in the NCAA Tournament. @ESU_WoSoccer will host FHSU on Friday in NCAA Tournament at ESU Pitch. #StingersUp
By far most effective congressman during my time in Tacoma. His legacy with us preceded Washington DC as a state legislator. An honest advocate who once told me my college presidency was an impossible task, yet he regularly helped and championed us. All respect @RepDerekKilmer.
It has been one of the great honors of my life to serve as the Representative for Washington's 6th District in Congress. I’m proud of what we have accomplished – but it is time for the next chapter. I will not seek re-election in 2024.

HUGE congrats to former Vandal alum and current head coach of the Germany national team, Gordon Herbert for leading the squad to a FIBA World Cup title!
Herbert played guard for Idaho from 1979-82 and helped lead the 1981-82 team to the Sweet 16!

It’s great to see my old teammate Jeff Brudie and others at this reunion. A number of players and coaches worked hard to lay the foundation for this great Idaho team. For that we are also very proud. Go @Idaho_Vandals@VandalHoops@uidaho
Our 1981-82 men’s basketball team reunited in Moscow this summer! 🏀😀 The team is still the most successful in U of I’s history, reaching the Sweet 16 and achieving a rank of 6th in the nation. They were joined by Coach Don Monson, who celebrated his 90th birthday this year. 🥳
