I realize the customer isn’t always right, but when you - as a manager - are nasty and call the customer a liar, perhaps you should apologize when said customer provides written proof that they are, in fact, right. Just saying. #badday#venting
@RaechelGuest The nurse from Spencer’s school called yesterday to say he was exposed (this is his 3rd exposure in 6 months). We were told to keep testing, look out for want symptoms, but there is not much else we can do - he’ll either get it or not. So far, we’ve been lucky.
@Hersheypark You seem to not understand. This was listed for people in chairs yet it only had steps. I would be happy to talk to you team to discuss this. You failed and seem to be making excuses. So sad.
@Hersheypark Not the place to go if you have a 14yo in a wheelchair. Terrible time navigating the park. Employees were nice but not able to offer help. Only rode 3 rides in 4 hours. Keep in mind, most wait times were under 10 minutes. Going home. 😕
