@Brewers@NicoletLaw When are Brewers X fans going to learn to trust Murph vs their own judgment when it comes to running the team and setting the lineup? (Rhetorical)
@StergiosFountou@DTopoulos@itsjwills Earnings potential, Giannis is a global brand so small market not as impactful as it once was. Future contracts- GA next extension would be age 36+, not sure how realistic that is.
@StergiosFountou@DTopoulos@itsjwills I believe the estimated Supermax was 4/$275m vs max was somewhere in 225-230m range for 5 years. State tax for GA out be 7.65% approximately 21m if all 275m was taxable. So no tax doesn’t offset the difference…
@StergiosFountou@DTopoulos@itsjwills Actually the max extension he can sign with any team other than MKE’s super max is significantly less. Therefore he will be leaving 10’s of millions on the table if he leaves MKE.
@faegir_hrafn@ToreyJonesYT No way. There’s one HUGE difference Spoelstra vs Rivers. In addition, Giannis will surely be playing a hell of a lot more games, and highly motivated. I say this as a lifelong Bucks fan.
@OwnedByAndre@SleeperBucksNBA I think Carr def has potential, but 10’s a slight reach. A lot of value being based on the combine, which most top guys didn’t play.
@epnohelty@ScottWittman ??? Bridges is on an expiring contract ($23m), avg ~4 PPG > Turner, ~1 RPG more, defensively he’s a flexible wing vs Turner’s rim protector. Turner has 3 years left on his contract. Diabate/Kalkbrenner are both 24 and better RPG. No way CLT does this.
@JWeinbachNBA Don’t agree. If the Bucks trade Giannis, they go into rebuild mode vs immediately competing for a deep playoff run , so they’ll take the best offer even if it means Giannis stays in the east.
