Heute vor drei Jahren starb meine Tante A. 1961 floh sie aus der DDR nach West-Berlin. Ihr Bruder wurde wegen „Beihilfe zur Republikflucht“ verurteilt. In ihrem Nachlaß fand ich ihre Flugkarte von Tempelhof nach Frankfurt.

@StZerko Ten przepis w jego obecnym brzmieniu jest niedorzeczny; w innych krajach karalne jest tylko utrudnianie prawidłowego przebiegu postępowania. Dlaczego, np. podejrzany nie miałby mieć prawa do publicznej wypowiedzi o swoim przesłuchaniu???
