@WhistleblowingT Yes! It’s infuriating, especially when you go through the interview process, walk round, application, interview, lesson ob, only to find out it’s a done deal within or even worse, the child of a member of SLT gets it. Never known so much nepotism within a profession disappointing

@WhistleblowingT I’ve never had anything, DFT often have the same discounts as they do for any other customer or you have to buy vouchers which can be a pain. Morrisons have a ‘Teacher’ section on their More card but there’s never anything there.

@WhistleblowingT As an nqt I had the same with a couple working pks, about 6 with sen and 3 with v challenging behaviour. I went and asked the principal for support and was told I was a teacher so I needed to go and teach. 😤

@YoungMindsUK That it can affect anyone at any time and the way in which they treat each other can cause real problems to someone’s mental health… even driving someone to suicide… speaking from experience x

@heymrshallahan @tes I have a pgce in primary 4-11 but would like to teach secondary. My degree is in textile design and masters in fashion/marketing (St. Martins UAL) I could teach art/design or textiles… I have taught under and post graduate level. Do I need to complete another pgce for secondary?
