“हमारे समाज की सबसे बड़ी विडंबना यह है कि जब पीड़ित पुरुष होता है, तो न्याय की मांग करने के बजाय अक्सर उसके खिलाफ तरह-तरह की कहानियाँ और संभावित कारण गढ़े जाने लगते हैं।पुरुष भी अपराध के शिकार हो सकते हैं और उन्हें भी समान संवेदनशीलता, सम्मान और न्याय मिलना चाहिए।यदि कोई महिला अपने परिवार के दबाव का सामना कर रही है, तो भारतीय कानून उसे अनेक वैधानिक विकल्प प्रदान करता है। वह पुलिस से सुरक्षा मांग सकती है, उच्च न्यायालय या सक्षम न्यायालय से संरक्षण प्राप्त कर सकती है अथवा अपनी इच्छा से स्वतंत्र रूप से जीवन जी सकती है, जैसा कि अनेक बालिग जोड़े कानून के तहत करते हैं। किसी भी प्रकार का पारिवारिक दबाव या व्यक्तिगत परिस्थिति किसी की हत्या या हिंसा का औचित्य नहीं बन सकती: @Rohit_MRA

Looks like another Indian citizen has lost faith in the justice system.

We don't know the exact reason.

It could be due to prolonged delays in court proceedings, repeated adjournments, or the broader issue of millions of pending cases. It could also be because someone feels unfairly treated by existing #GenderBiasedLaws . Until the facts are known, we shouldn't jump to conclusions.

Whatever the reason, every citizen deserves to be treated with dignity and respect. Justice delayed, inaccessible, or perceived as unfair can deeply affect people's trust in institutions.

Pune Ketan Agarwal case is deeply disturbing. Ketan and his family deserve a fair, thorough, and impartial investigation, and above all, justice.

I introduced the National Commission for Men Bill in Parliament. Every victim deserves justice, support, and equal protection under the law.

The Ketan case is a reminder that men, too, can be victims. They deserve institutional support, legal protection, and a platform where their voices are heard. Justice must be equal for everyone, irrespective of gender.

Absolutely, India needs a National Commission for Men.

Equality cannot mean protecting only one gender. Just as the National Commission for Women safeguards women's rights, a National Commission for Men can ensure that male victims of domestic violence, false accusations, harassment, mental health crises, workplace discrimination, and family disputes also have access to institutional support and a fair hearing.

A Commission for Men is not against women. It’s for equal justice, due process, and the constitutional promise of equality before the law. Every victim deserves to be heard, irrespective of gender.

Thank you for consistently raising this important issue in Parliament & in the public discourse.

We came together in a peaceful candlelight protest at Sec-17, Chandigarh to demand justice for Ketan Aggarwal and to spread one simple message: justice and equal rights must belong to everyone, irrespective of gender.

It was inspiring to witness citizens of Chandigarh come forward and support this mission.

We were also honored to have Mr. Sanjeev Chadha, President of Chandigarh Beopar Mandal, stand with us in solidarity. His support added strength to our peaceful movement and our call for justice for Ketan Aggarwal.

6 फीट लंबे पति की बेरहमी से ह*या शव के टुकड़े-टुकड़े किए गए ! सूटकेस में भर कर फ़ेक दिया गया था शव ताकि पहचान तक मिट जाए।

9 साल तक कानून की पकड़ से बचने की कोशिश…लेकिन आखिरकार न्याय ने दस्तक दी।

यह सिर्फ एक हत्या नहीं थी, बल्कि इंसानियत को शर्मसार कर देने वाली क्रूरता की मिसाल थी। सोचकर ही रूह कांप जाती है कि कोई इंसान इतनी निर्ममता तक कैसे पहुंच सकता है।

अदालत ने दोषी पत्नी को उम्रकैद और जुर्माने की सजा सुनाई है।

समाज और सरकारों को आत्ममंथन करने की जरूरत है !!

ऐसी घटनाएं समाज को झकझोर देती हैं और यह सवाल छोड़ जाती हैं-रिश्तों में नफरत आखिर इंसान को किस हद तक ले जा सकती है?
