@JioMart_Support First u rejected my Return Request, then upon call ur customer representative said and confirmed that this item will be picked up in 3 days, still no updates? Why aren't u picking up, if u can't then just Refund my money for this Defective earphone. @jagograhakjago @nch1915

@JioMart_Support I actually made a mistake while placing the Return Request unknowingly. I selected the wrong reason, that's why it got rejected. The earphone is defective and its left earpiece isn't working. Kindly allow me to place a fresh return request again by selecting the correct reason.

@JioMart_Support It's showing Return Rejected. And It's not even giving option to Create Return again. Only 1 day left for return. 1st @JioMart sent a defective Earphone and now refused return. Why do u mention 5 days hassle free return on the product page though? #Jiomarr_Fraud @RelianceDigital
