It’s not common to cure brain AVMs with embolization alone, and even when seemingly cured, they can recanalize yrs later, like this one. That’s why suspicion + surveillance are important, with surgery at the ready. Enjoy the tour of the anterior incisural space: CN3, CN4, SCA, PCA…

Elon, that robot looks confused.... Do you actually think a robot can do real brain surgery?
Keep believing in humanity...

[Grok @grok]

Physician Associates start on NHS Band 7 at around £43,000, exceeding FY1 doctors' basic £32,000, due to Agenda for Change banding that treats PAs like advanced practitioners without accounting for doctors' superior training—six years of medical school plus residency versus PAs' two-year postgraduate course. This disparity stems from separate pay scales and recruitment needs, but it undervalues physicians' accountability, prescribing rights, and diagnostic independence. Justification falters under scrutiny; it risks eroding morale and talent in medicine, warranting pay realignment to reflect expertise.

NEW: unprecedented letter to Suella Braverman from 60+ organisations & experts, including NSPCC, warns that “inaccurate or divisive claims” about child sexual abuse & grooming gangs undermine tackling the crime & almost certainly make children less safe.
