@MsRobotoFL @ABC I can tell you why USA is falling fast. It's because they are trying to incorporate blacks into higher education.. and it appears the only way to do that in the numbers that they want is to lower the standards.. and when you lower the standards, you get inferior graduates.

@ABC I used to work with the dean of engineering (during the summers at NASA) for Ohio state university.He told me the university had two entrance exams. One for blacks and one for EVEEYONE else.. they were trying so hard to get one of those golden eggs (a black engineering student).
