I didn't see him walk up to the agents with a gun, I saw him trying to help a woman pushed down by ICE. Then they sprayed him for helping a woman while his back was to them. He wasn't breaking any laws by trying to help the woman. They had no right to detain him. So ICE lied when they said he approached them with a gun and they tried to disarm him. They just lie lie lie.
