Not at all - on the Dr. Phil Podcast, Grusch inferred that the seafloor was a permanent or semi-permanent residence for some specific NHI. This is an assessment I not only agree with but am also confident that at least one of these stations is located in deep waters near the coast of the Bahamas, and that the MITRE Corporation conducts full-spectrum intelligence collection of a specific, enormous undersea vehicle.

This is totally independent of any impending 2027 narrative that I certainly do not agree with. The 2-3 years thing is an MMA meme

Arqa is described as a particularly fascinating parallel world. Because it orbits within a binary star system, it has a unique atmosphere that shapes everything living there. Its inhabitants are highly unusual. Physiologically, they differ from us through a two-part brain: one half logical and peaceful, the other primitive and aggressive. They also lack the spiritual and moral architecture needed to navigate universal ethics. This divided mind produces a civilization locked in constant internal conflict and wars.

Driven by an inescapable biological and psychological impulse, these beings can never find lasting inner peace; they live in perpetual friction with their neighbors and with themselves. As a result, their planetary system is portrayed as a developmental dead end. Their technology has run wild, completely detached from morality or any larger purpose. They can build complex machines and vast cities, yet they cannot foresee the long-term, holistic consequences of what they create. Despite their advanced technology and monumental structures, their societal and mental evolution has stalled, locking them onto a path toward inevitable collapse.
