I was up to something. Grilled a chuck roast like a steak. Made homemade bacon bits and homemade grilled garlic butter. Grilled golden potatoes then loaded them with some grilled garlic butter, cheese melted with the grilling torch sour cream and the homemade bacon bits. Seared the roast on both sides and topped with the grilled garlic butter while cooking then the garlic afterwards.
