Actual Talarico quotes:
“I think of myself as a Christian who hates Christianity”
“God is nonbinary”
"There are many more than two biological sexes. There are six.”
“Prison is violence”
Texas, is this who you want representing you?
@GatorRob777@GodlyAction Agreed on the David passage. See also 1 Cor. 7:14. I'm just saying Scripture does not give explicit testimony or necessary implications regarding the children of unbelievers, or as Paul says, those that are "unclean". We can always hope though.
@GatorRob777@GodlyAction "No they are born with a sin nature . They can't sin till they know right from wrong (eat from the tree)"
I agree with this. Now, whether all infants are elect or not, I don't know. I hope so. Scripture seems to indicate this is at least the case for the children of believers.
Indulgences and a treasury of merits?
Rome selling time off a punishment Jesus already canceled. That’s not grace; that’s an invoice.
Peter didn’t hawk paper for souls. The blood of Christ isn’t a bank account the pope can tap.
No sale. Paid in full. Jesus is enough!
@GatorRob777@GodlyAction They can't yet commit sin (I'm the same way that we can), but they are born sinners, which is why they do sin as soon as they are able and sadly, at times, even suffer sickness and death before they can commit wilful sin.
@armour_of_truth@AlexDuncanTX "By this it is evident who are the children of God, and who are the children of the devil: whoever does not practice righteousness is not of God, nor is the one who does not love his brother."
-1 John 3:10
@ShaneSchaetzel Mystery Babylon is ruled by a form of leadership after John wrote Revelation (the beast is an 8th king and is one of the 7). Peter wrote 1 Peter and references Babylon in 1 Pet. 5:13, which scholars take as code for pagan Rome, and Jesus destroys mystery Babylon at His return.
@ShaneSchaetzel Heresy is not a sufficient ncondition for apostasy, but it is a necessary condition. The interpretation I reference isn't mine, but is the historicist interpretation. Whether those that understand the seven hilled City of Rev. 17 to be papal Rome are right will soon be evident.
@Sachinettiyil "And I saw one of his heads as if it had been mortally wounded, and his deadly wound was healed. And all the world marveled and followed the beast."
-Rev. 13:3
Perverting Christianity for political power doesn’t make you a Christian.
He’s running on a Christian ticket because he thinks that Christianity is a popular way to get votes these days, but whatever he’s preaching has absolutely nothing to do with biblical Christianity.
EXCLUSIVE: Ken Paxton Drops New Ad TORCHING James Talarico As A False Teacher TWISTING Scripture
Talarico has been using his own twisted interpretation of the Bible to push his sick agenda on the campaign trial.
He thinks...
-God is nonbinary
-God isn't Christian
-There are six genders
-Jesus was a radical feminist.
He even says he thinks of himself as "a Christian who HATES Christianity".
Texas must reject this.
