Со Старобельском все интереснее.

Российский военкор Егор Григорьев эфире Радио "Комсомольская правда" выдал очень интересную информацию, после чего видео из эфира тут же вырезали.

По его словам, по Старобельску наносились удары не только беспилотниками, как утверждает официальная версия, но и чем-то гораздо более тяжелым. Рядом с разрушенными зданиями огромная воронка от ФАБа или ракеты. По словам военкора, удар был нанесен строго вертикально. Дрон так наносить удары не смог бы. Так падает баллистика или авиабомба.

Это важное признание, которое противоречит официальным заявлениям российских властей о том, что удар наносился беспилотниками. Да и по характеру разрушений, судя по видео, тоже не похоже, что били дроны. Здание полностью обрушено, а такое бывает от ФАБа или ракет, дроны обычно не причиняют таких разрушений.

Баллистику и ФАБы использует российская армия. У Украины баллистики нет, а из бомб только JDAM в единичных экземплярах. А вот армия РФ на подконтрольные ей территории роняет ФАБы регулярно. Они уже падали и на Белгород, и на Енакиево, и на Донецк.

Я сразу написал, что от истории в Старобельске разит «рязанским сахаром». Реакция властей РФ совершенно нетипична. Четыре года им было плевать на тысячи убитых ими детей в Мариуполе. Плевать на целые города Донбасса, стертые с лица земли вместе с жителями. Было плевать на погибших людей в самой России, в Белгороде и Судже. А тут вдруг резко пошел приказ по всем пропагандистам максимально раздувать и освещать гибель студентов в Старобельске, начались фальшивые причитания, крокодиловы слезы и угрозы дипломатам ЕС и США.

Никто в здравом уме не поверит, что это искренняя реакция, и что им в самом деле жаль каких-то людей на Донбассе на пятом году этой бойни, которую они уже давно могли бы сами остановить. Тут явно что-то не то.

Сьогодні вночі знову масований удар по Києву. «Орєшнік», балістика, крилаті ракети, шахеди. Є загиблі, десятки поранених, руйнування.

І знову те саме питання в усіх: коли це закінчиться?
Усі хочуть, щоб закінчилося. Я теж.

Втома реальна. Роки повномасштабної війни. Сирени, обстріли, руйнування, втрати. Але втомитися не означає бути готовим здатися.

Коли вранці думаєш не про плани, а про те, як відповідати дитині, чи будуть удари вночі. Коли батьки зважують, вивозити дитину чи лишатися. Коли «жити» давно перетворилося на «триматися».

Люди втомилися не від боротьби, а від того, що немає розуміння, коли це закінчиться. Ми втомилися, але тримаємося.

Одне не відміняє іншого.

Питання вже не в тому, чи хочемо ми миру. Хочемо.
Питання в іншому: який це буде мир.

А щоб зрозуміти, який мир нас врятує, треба чесно сказати, за що ця війна.

Вона не тільки за території. Писав про це ще торік. Вона – за контроль над українською суб’єктністю. За право самим вирішувати, якою буде Україна: її курс, її армія, її майбутнє.

Окуповані території для Росії є інструментом, а не ціллю.

Якби ворогу потрібна була тільки земля, він зупинився б давно. Натомість у 2022-му пішов на Київ. На столицю не йдуть заради кількох областей. На столицю йдуть за контролем держави.

Тому коли кажуть «віддайте Донецьку область і ми зупинимося» – це не про мир. Віддати території неможливо – це злочин проти держави. Але навіть якби хтось уявив такий сценарій, це питання не закриє.

Війна просто переїде ще ближче – до Дніпра, до наших домівок. Ми це вже проходили. Мінські угоди 2014-го теж мали бути миром. Росія використала їх як паузу і підготувалася до 2022 року. Віддати сьогодні означає лише відкласти нову війну.

І сьогоднішній масований удар саме про це. «Орєшнік», балістика, крилаті ракети, шахеди, дрони.

Вони не наближають ворога до жодної з його цілей. Жодної.

Бо головне, що Росії потрібно, ракетами не береться. Їм треба, щоб ми перестали бути собою. Щоб втратили контроль над внутрішньою і зовнішньою політикою та віддали його Росії.

Б’ють, щоб ми втомилися і самі сказали: мир на будь-яких умовах, аби припинилося це жахіття.

Знаєте, я роками писав про те, що США нічого не зроблять, щоб врятувати свого союзника від посягань Сі, але навіть уявити не міг такого. Трамп буквально каже, цитую:

Russian soldiers drove civilians with children onto a minefield and then attacked them with grenade launchers.

Tetiana from Kherson is 36 years old. She is telling this story so the world knows the truth — how Ukrainians try to escape occupation and the horrors Russian forces inflict on civilians.

She is an ordinary woman: a mother and a doctor. Before the war, her family had a normal life — a home, work, peace.

Then the Russians came.

At first, they fled to her parents’ village. But even there it became dangerous. Constant shelling, checkpoints, fear everywhere.

When they heard rumors that children might be taken to Crimea, they decided to escape at any cost.

Seventeen cars left together. Among them were Tetiana with her two children, ages 9 and 17, her parents, and family friends with small children.

The cars had white sheets and signs reading “CHILDREN.”

Russian soldiers at the checkpoint held them for a long time, then directed them onto a specific road.

And once the convoy moved, the shelling began.

A shell hit Tetiana’s car directly. The explosion threw her into the air and scattered people across the field.

When she regained consciousness, she saw her son lying unconscious nearby.

She barely remembers crawling through the field and dragging her injured child with her. She ran toward the nearest village screaming in pain.

Her daughter and Ukrainian soldiers helped save the boy. They rushed out, carried him away, and drove him to a hospital.

Her parents remained behind in the field. Because of continued shelling, nobody could reach them for more than a month.

Later it was confirmed: both had been killed.

Tetiana’s son remembers nothing — he was unconscious. Her daughter remembers everything, but refuses to speak about it. And honestly, who could blame her?

Every time I read stories like this, my heart breaks.

And the question remains: after this, how can anyone still speak about a “brotherly nation”?

No. These are crimes.

And there can be no forgiveness for them.

A rescue operation is currently underway in Kyiv at the site of a Russian drone strike on a nine-story residential building – an entire section of the building has been completely destroyed. Dozens of people have been rescued. Tragically, one person has been killed. My condolences to their family and loved ones. People may still be trapped under the rubble.

Overnight, the Russians launched more than 670 attack drones and 56 missiles against Ukraine. Ballistic, aeroballistic, and cruise missiles were used in the strikes. The main target of this attack was Kyiv. There is damage at twenty locations across the city – ordinary residential buildings, a school, a veterinary clinic, and other purely civilian infrastructure. Destruction has also been reported in the Kyiv region, while similar terrorist strikes targeted energy infrastructure in Kremenchuk, as well as port and residential areas in Chornomorsk.

In total, since midnight yesterday, Russia has used more than 1,560 drones against our cities and communities. These are definitely not the actions of those who believe the war is coming to an end. It is important that partners do not remain silent about this strike. And it is equally important to continue supporting the protection of our skies. The PURL initiative is needed so that Ukraine can defend itself against ballistic strikes like these. And likewise, in the interests of everyone seeking peace, pressure on Russia must continue. George Bernard Shaw stood in Stalin's USSR in 1931, watching millions starve to death, and declared there was no famine at all. The Nobel Prize-winning playwright didn't just stay silent about the horror unfolding around him. He actively promoted the lie that would help Stalin cover up one of history's greatest atrocities.

Shaw toured Ukraine during the height of the Holodomor, when Soviet grain requisitions had stripped peasants of every scrap of food. Conservative estimates put the death toll at 3.5 million Ukrainians. Shaw saw the empty villages, the skeletal survivors, the mass graves. Then he signed a public letter praising Stalin's "remarkable progress" and told Western journalists that reports of famine were capitalist propaganda.

Why would an intelligent man become Stalin's useful idiot? Shaw believed in central planning with religious fervor. He thought brilliant intellectuals like himself could design society better than millions of individuals making their own choices. When confronted with central planning's inevitable result (mass death), he chose to lie rather than admit his ideology killed people. Shaw preferred beautiful theory to ugly facts.

Shaw deliberately used his celebrity status to give Stalin cover while Ukrainian children died of starvation. He returned to Britain and spent years defending Soviet policies, even as refugee testimonies and photographic evidence exposed the genocide. The man who wrote about moral awakening in "Pygmalion" had abandoned his own moral compass entirely.

Free market economists warned that socialist calculation was impossible, that without prices and property rights, economies would collapse into chaos and death. Shaw dismissed these warnings as bourgeois nonsense while standing ankle-deep in their vindication.

Olha Krivohub from the Kharkiv region, who lost her husband and three minor children in a russian drone strike while pregnant, has baptized her newborn daughter Kateryna.

Her husband, 34yo defender Hryhorii Shykula, was killed together with their three small children on Feb 10, when a russian drone hit the family's new home in Bohodukhiv — just one day after they had moved there. Hryhorii had previously fought on the front line and lost a limb in combat.

Olha survived despite being thrown onto the roof of another house. At 35 weeks pregnant, she suffered blast injuries, burns, concussion, and traumatic brain injury.

We don't hate russia enough.
