This exchange was one of the most chilling things I've seen on TV.

Over-sensitive, narcissistic victimhood personified.

It was scary because being accused of something you haven't done taps into a very primal human fear.

What a shame. This young woman's career has just come to a juddering halt.

@AlrowServices I understand the need for a rapid response when turning up to an incident, but it takes 30 seconds to don a BA set. Firefighter safety is and should always be the main priority…

@AlrowServices There is actual physical evidence out there that firefighters are around 110 % more likely to get cancer due to their occupation. Now imagine the legal implications if an organisation didn’t do everything they could to help prevent this happening to their staff…
