@ATT I’ve got, hands down, the worst customer service situation I’ve ever encountered with you. I’ve ordered a device and because of COUNTLESS errors on AT&T and @UPS end, I am unable to receive. I need somebody competent to rectify this ASAP

@ATT I’ve been a fiber and cellular customer for 20 years, I’m attempting to add fiber to another unit on the same property separately and customer service is telling me it isn’t possible!? What gives!?
