Why do people act like if you don't beat an RPG within 100 hours after purchase you can never play it again. Whatever happened to just sitting with a game for awhile instead of always being in a rush to get to the next big release?
I especially love this option for people with very demanding jobs and schedules. Not everyone has time to grind in videogames. This game is a single player experience, and having this option is completely harmless.
It's funny how much people complain about walk and listen hallways in video games but apparently that's just what the average gamer wants, to press forward and have the story told at them
Naoki Hamaguchi says FF7 Revelation will have an option at a certain point in the game to automatically raise your characters level to to recommended level to progress for those that only want to play the main story.
He says he got a lot of feedback from players only wanting to play the main story in Rebirth and skip the side content, that they were under leveled and struggled.
He says he wants players who want to skip the open-world experience to have a similar linear story driven experience to FF7 Remake so they will include an option that pops up at a certain point asking "Do you want to automatically raise the level to the recommended level?"
He says players that don't want to explore the open world and just want to play the main story can select the option to automatically adjust the level.

Despite its faults World did get quite a bit right when it came to the game feel of the hunt. Curious if I'll think the same of Wilds whenever the next big MonHun comes out
For as much distaste I had for Monster Hunter World back in the day, after revisiting it to get some friends into MonHun, it's crazy how much it feels like old school MonHun compared to Wilds
@RelevantGoon I'd agree if there wasn't a large subset of Americans who would disregard video evidence of anything just bc the right talking head told them it was fake.
Arlo's argument here is dumb but mainly for the reason that games with jump buttons don't prevent you from just walking off ledges anyway so his "walk a little too close/fast" line doesn't mean anything
Why does the new Arlo video argue against Zelda's auto jump being preserved for the OOT remake with footage clearly indicating that the mechanic was only an issue if you're a braindead moron who has no awareness of space.
👤 A goodbye to Character Edit Vouchers 👤
