Swizzle: "I've actually been using Smart Fill for pretty much all the transactions I do on JTX, even on mid-caps like $ANSEM, and it was great. It's fast and it avoids slippage."

Sats: "What actually happens on the back end with that? Is it just a weighted TWAP?"

Anders: "Yeah, it's basically a TWAP, but it's very high frequency. You'll just say how much you want to buy, and then you can customize the increments, or we'll just give you a default based on the size, and then it'll cut it into a bunch of smaller orders."

"Instead of just doing one big buy, it'll do these smaller ones, every block or every two blocks....The thought with that is, let's say you want to buy 1% of something, you know it's going to candle up 10%, and then people are going to sell off into you."

"What you could do instead is just start clipping in, and then people will sell into you, so you get a lower average entry."

been trading on @jtx_trade over last 2 days. I genuinely believe this marks a new era for Solana trading applications

- unlike memecoin wallet experience from the last cycle, JTX isn't fomo-ing you into anything. you feel at ease and in control
- various order types with added Jito landing infra makes the execution extremely competitive
- PnL is neatly displayed at the bottom from each trade, be it Spacex, JTO or KET
- smart fill is fantastic especially for less liquid coins

things I would add:
- allow users to add tp/sl at the same time as the market/limit order. if you're trading tight ranges, you want it done all at once
- bring on the perps.

all in all, the UX layer on Solana is catching up with the assets issued. we went from memecoins only to memecoins, stocks, commodities and will have many more.
