@MrTheWolf90 @AB415532 They should have used rating caps though to ensure people were only using sub 79/80 rated cards and bringing them up to 82-84 rated which was what people were using at the time (Rashford / Micky VDD etc)

They had a ton of irrelevant and small stat boosts that were only really aimed at good cards to make them great
