I’ve sent series of mails and I’ve visited Minna branch to my surprise the officer that gave me his number he has stop picking up my calls, it seems my complain is not being taking serious those that mean the bank doesn’t resolve there customer problem or what ?

@PolarisBankLtd I made a transfer of 300k to access bank on the 11 May 24 till date,he has not receive the money and It has not been reverse all effort made proved abortive those that mean my money is gone like that ? Or those that mean there are no people to response to such ?
