#YR Which is more than like a byproduct of the fast pace that this show is currently doing with stories and falling back on the faulty logic of it being Billy and everything will always tie back to gambling and/or destructive behavior.

#YR Whenever TPTB are stuck and has no imagination, they revert back to Billy with gambling and/or negative behavior. For once, I'd like to see a writing team who try to write Billy with struggles that don't involve him in destructive behavior.

#YR When will Billy Abbott be allowed to have growth? He's a 40 plus year old man with two young children and currently in love with Phyllis. We have not seen one moment of pressure to warrant him needing the urge to blow off steam in the form of gambling.

#YR Billy is currently in charge of the family company and instead of focusing on the fact he's the family sole namesake and taking on an incredible amount of pressure, they'd rather focus on Billy going back to gambling. When he has no motivation to do so.
