as a young adult who have both physical and learning disability plus a speech impairment these findings are really worrying to me and this inequalities should not been happening! in 2025 things needs to change and we need to give appropriate treatment at the right time!

I just witnessed a mother with a buggy falling between the train and the platform. Mother fell backwards in the gap and pulled the buggy with her but buggy only fell backwards with the child not out of the train. Nobody hurt (I think) but holy moly. Level boarding prevents accidents.
