So they get a bunch of debt and dump it onto the failing business they acquired so then that business declares bankruptcy and now the private equity firm doesn’t have to pay it back? A lot of these job descriptions have vague standards like “3-5 years of experience” and “work well within a team environment”. Usually it’s cover to say they couldn’t find qualified candidates so they can reserve the job for some H-1B with a degree from a diploma mill or the ceo’s nephew.
