I believe good hitters know their strengths and weaknesses and are disciplined accordingly.
I believe bad hitters donโt know their strengths and weaknesses. They donโt have a foundation to be disciplined within.
I've been bringing up grip pressure/tension a lot.
How the hands interact with the bat is very, very important but we (the industry) aren't going into detail well.
There are infinite styles but great hitters have rhythm.
Rhythm is coordinating the body.
