Dry air and hostile wind shear has ripped apart tropical low #91P's structure overnight 500km NW of Fiji. Winds are still rated around 30 knots but an unfavourable atmosphere has diminished deep convection, reducing the chances of a tropical storm being named by JTWC for now.
