@jonbrooks What did you get in 1970 vs now? The house I grew up in was 2 bedroom (with a family of 4) 1 and a half bathrooms, total 900 sq/ft. 2 floors. Detached manual door garage. Steam heat, no AC. Throw that into Zillow and see what the average price is.
