@DGCAIndia @HardeepSPuri @MoCA_GoI As per your office memorandum dt 16.04.20 @airvistara is supposed to give full refund for my PNR LANQQZ but they are still only rescheduling it and charging fare difference. This is a clear violation of the guidelines and must be looked into.

@airvistara It's not fair to ask for alternate travel date and then charge fare difference.Provide us refund/credit points like @IndiGo6E so that we can use them as per convenience. @GOI_MoCA @HardeepSPuri please ensure that no undue advantage is taken by airline in this crises.

I am a resident of Tdi City, Ram Ganga Vihar Moradabad. I have been noticing that people are still allowing maids into their homes which is really dangerous,specially in F-block. Kindly take immediate actions regarding the issue.
