I wanted to share my experience and say thanks to @KCSheriff047 this morning. Someone drove into my mom’s house and then drove off. The sheriff’s department responded immediately with kindness, professionalism, and urgency. Thank you all for everything you do—truly appreciated!

I’ve also been to my fair share of college/pro sporting events.

@HRBlock It was disappointing when I used your services for the first time and my taxes were never filed. I worked with your local office leadership to fix that situation yet it remains still not resolved.

I also did not recieve a refund as promised for the services that were not rendered. Now I have sent multiple emails to your area leadership about finding a resolution and nobody responds. I have never seen such a lack of customer service.
