Sin embargo, el Reglamento (CE) Nº 261/2004 establece que, en caso de modificación horaria significativa, el pasajero tiene derecho a rechazar el nuevo horario y solicitar un cambio o reembolso, en en ningún lugar la normativa dice 3 horas
@AraJetAirlines pésimo servicio por parte de arajet, ayer en el vuelo Montreal - Bogotá, me destruyeron mi maleta, nos tuvieron casi 3 horas en el avión ya estando en la pista, y nisiquera ofrecieron agua a los pasajeros, pésimo servicio
