@amazon thank you very much for your beliefs! "We believe that an unauthorized party may have accessed your account." any evidence of that actually happening? None. I have activated 2FA and my password was reset recently, yes! All that using the same device I have used before.
@amazon To top it up, there doesn't seem to be a way of regaining access.. I have reset the password again, you did allow me that but still cannot use the account. Any attempts to get some customer support is like walking through a maze and then I am presented with a US number...
