@PLDT_Cares finally 3rd party technicians arrived today since I called last Wed to report our issue of no internet/landline. I specifically told people I talked to that modem was dead. All these guys who came today did was verify that our modem was dead. Still no internet. Fail!

@PLDT_Cares it's been 3 days and I need internet for work. Best way to address my concern is come to my house and check/replace modem that is dead.
@PLDT_Cares Day 2 of no landline and Internet despite our bill being updated on time regularly. At least 5 different people from your staff have asked the same info over and over even when I sent the info via DM as it was requested by the 1st one. Still no update & resolution to our problem.
@PLDT_Cares How many more different employees will reply to my tweets and ask for he same information I already DM'd more than 7 hours ago??? So far Rhina, May, Ian, Ramil and Kit have all asked for the same information & none of them have followed through in fixing the problem I mentioned.
