How many of those at the rallies live in an open primary state? Can independents vote in DP primaries or are they excluded from DP primaries? @OpenPrimaryUSA

@AdrianaMaestas Yes, if local groups are organized, then the marches become a tactic, but these type of marches are primarily performatory. All are excited and feel good about themselves, but everyone goes home and nothing changes. Marches should be a tactic, not a strategy.
