Carrots give you amazing eyesight, especially at night. Fact/Fiction? This idea was planted during WWII. While carrots are filled with vitamins and antioxidants to help you #maintain eyesight they do not actually #improve your vision or help you see in the dark. Eat them anyway!

#FunFOGFriday!!!??? We know...the glasses fog struggle is real!! We have found that masks with wires are helpful (if no wire, medical tape works great, too!), and cleaning our lenses with Dawn seem to be the most helpful solutions. Have you found any tips that work well for you?
