@AmericanAir Between a 1.45 and 2.15 hour wait to speak with someone. It’s 2:45am here. I’m tired of trying to call, email, chat and getting bounced around from person to person to get this resolved. This has been the worst experience. Thanks for being the biggest negative of my trip.

@AmericanAir So many issues right now—like not having my status/miles able to be applied on flight booked through YOU. Wrote a complaint a week+ ago. No reply. Called tonight, told 40 minute wait. No call back after an hour. Traveling & going to bed. Expect to hear from you.

@AmericanAir Finally spoke to a rep. First one who actually TRIED to resolve the issue but said nothing was available—8 days ago, when I initially called BA, was told there was “plenty of upgrade seats”. Then was told no way I can be moved to another flight as requested in my complaint.

@AmericanAir I messaged 10 days ago and my flight leaves Friday. Haven’t heard from anyone and the same when I call and select a call back in 40 minutes. That’s not good enough. What’s the point of having status if this is the case?
