@British_Airways Still waiting on refund for 1. Moving from Business to Economy due to faulty seat. AND 2. Expenses and compensation for a cancelled return flight. Been 3 months for first case, and 5 weeks for 2nd case so far.
@KOBOX Hey, can I get a refund on my unused credit/package? I bought a package to use during a specific time period however due to the restrictions all classes were canceled. I don't think it's fair to only offer us only a 50% refund. It should be a full refund.
@eToro One of your account managers Tom Heath doesn't respond to emails, doesn't answer his phone, is completely rude, and when you do finally get in touch with him, his best strategy is to just blame it on the client because waiting 1 week for a response isn't patient enough?
@ypsuk I’ve already sent an email however Kamal said that they will only freeze during a national lockdown. If I’m not using the space for a specific month, I should be able to freeze it. Also, if you only freeze in response to lockdown why didn’t you give me full refund for nov?
@ypsuk Can you please freeze my booking for December as I will be working from home due to the pandemic. "Unfortunately, we are unable to further freeze your booking." is not a good enough reason to not be able to do this.
