I haven't been on social media much lately, but the past few days, I've been able to get back to doing some of the work I love the most!

I've loved having the latest bunch of #StudentNurses working with us. In 12 weeks they've achieved so much and now they are all qualifying and starting the next step in their careers.
It's been amazing getting to know them all x

1 of the best bits of my job is the hands on training. These wonderful ladies are part of the admin team at Throckley & we have signed them off as phlebotomists after finishing their training. I love helping people find career development in #GeneralPractice 🥰 @NewcastleGPs
It's great to have had our MP @ChiOnwurah in our office today. The work the @NewcastleGPs team do is incredible, and I feel so lucky to be part of it! The nurse led research that is happening is mindblowing. #ProudPracticeNurse#PrimaryCare

I had the most amazing day. I am incredibly proud to say I am a #QueensNurse. I met some incredible people & cannot wait to see what the future holds, onwards and upwards! @johnunsworth10@TheQNI#ProudPracticeNurse
Part 4 of my nursing story: I realised very quickly that I didn't enjoy working in the hospital. Everything I was being taught was based in the hospital, & it was very daunting.
I wish I had been able to experience nursing placements outside of the hospital. #ProudPracticeNurse
Tonight, I wanted to share talk about what impacted my life before I started my nurse training. Having 3 of the biggest life events in 3 months: one of the worst, one of the best, and one of the most stressful! Nurse training should be easy after that, right? #ProudPracticeNurse
I am incredibly proud to be a nurse but I never thought I would be one when I was younger.
I always like to reflect with #StudentNurses about the different routes into #Nursing! Everyone has their own journey. #ProudPracticeNurse
@louisebrady17 Aww, thank you, Louise! 😊 I love hearing from students who have always dreamed of being nurses and seeing them achieve it, but I think being unsure about it early on in my career keeps me driven to help people find their passion in nursing 🥰
I am so incredibly proud to say that Newcastle has won 2 years in a row! This year @GPNBecky
& @westroadmedical took the prize!
I am such a #ProudPracticeNurse and feel so lucky to work in Newcastle with the @NewcastleGPs team, putting the nursing voice right at the forefront!
