N.B. When asking for directions, one nurse made un-provoked comment that “this hospital is a mess, it’s a nightmare”.

Kudos to every doctor, nurse, receptionist etc. working in those conditions and trying their hardest for every patient.

1/3: I recently visited the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital in Glasgow with a family whose child has suffered as a result of serious failings at the hospital, many of which have been identified since it opened in 2015.
