Phase 1 of the 1885 Suite is now complete and we are excited to welcome everyone today for what is a hospitality sell out.

Phase 2 will begin shortly, with the installation of a brand new marble bar top from @DARMarbleUK and an exciting opportunity for our fans to ‘Etch’ their names in history.

Today’s job, was to make a new window opening at the back of this property. Brickwork removed, angle iron lintel installed to the external brickwork and a box lintel installed in the internal brickwork. Work undertaken for F1rst Impressions UPVC.

All the plastering done now, time to fix the carpet tiles, do the skirting boards and build a disability ramp, then job complete. #plastering

Next job, is to make this opening wider. We’ll prop the brickwork above it before we remove the brick to the new opening size. Electrician from Stand Electrical is in today to move cables and switches around. #electrics #lintels #knockthrough
