Here's another great look at the group we are thrilled to be welcoming home this weekend -- the 11-0 1975 A-State Football team.

We are headed into Day 2 of the Democrat shutdown. Senate Democrats had the chance to do the right thing again today and vote to fund the government but instead they continue to try and force their radical agenda on Americans, as American troops go unpaid for another day. Completely irresponsible and reckless.
.@HouseGOP did our job. We passed a CLEAN spending bill to provide enough time to complete the full budget process, well ahead of the Sept 30 funding deadline.
Now Chuck Schumer & Democrats will shut down the government, holding hostage pay for American troops, critical FEMA services, and more, so he can add $1.5 TRILLION in new spending for radical policies Americans rejected.
Bottom line is that Chuck Schumer is extorting the American taxpayer for $1.5 TRILLION to give healthcare to illegal aliens and to carry out their radical wish list, which Americans voted against.
This #SchumerShutdown sits squarely on the shoulders of the Democrats.
@N76247476Man I believe you’re right. The scum in both parties hated Elon so much for dismantling their slush fund. And now he comes out against the BBB and those same scumbags think they can get back at him by voting it in.
Religion is the focus on our efforts to get to God. The Gospel is the focus on God's efforts to get to us.
Romans 5:8
But God put His love on the line for us by offering His Son in sacrificial death while we were of absolutely no use to Him.
JESUS saves.
Victor Davis Hanson tells you the truth about why everyone is attacking Elon Musk
The Truth Exposed: “Have you noticed that the crescendo of hatred toward Elon Musk is becoming surreal?”
“We had a congresswoman from Ohio, her name was Marcy Kaptur, she recently said that she wasn't sure where Elon Musk loyalties lay because he'd only been a citizen for 22 years.
Elon Musk is a naturalized citizen.
This is very interesting because remember the left says that people who are here illegally and not citizens should gain all of the protections and rights of citizens. They should be de-facto citizens. Anybody who would question a naturalized citizen's loyalty according to the left would be xenophobic, nativist”
“This follows a whole series of personal attacks:
- We had posters in Washington, D.C. saying, Eliminate Musk
- We had a man arrested from Indiana online for promising, threatening to kill Elon Musk
- Here in California, we have Representative Garcia, he was on television and he said that Elon Musk was a D-I-C-K, and when called on it he said you had to bring weapons, i.e. against Musk, for this bar fight. Weapons
- Then we had this unhinged minister, Steve Caudle from Tennessee, he got up in his pulpit, and it was televised, and he said that Elon Musk was satanic, a devil, and sometimes you had to use violence to stop such devilry
“We have turned someone who has
- Saved the U.S. space program and will probably save two astronauts who otherwise would perish in space if it was left to the government program.
- Who reinvented the entire auto industry
- Who opened up all of social media with X
We have turned this person into a demon, a disloyal demon, a traitor, someone that we smear and we slander all day long for what?
For saying that the $36 trillion in debt and the $1.5 to $2 trillion + Joe Biden in some years had $5 and $6 trillion deficits are unsustainable?
And through a series of revenue enhancements and drastic cuts of programs that are unnecessary, we can get near a balanced budget
He takes no money. He's not confirmed as the head of a government agency, but of course there's all sorts of deputies and heads of agencies that require no confirmation, including the National Security Advisor of the United States of America.”
“I think it's time to stop this because if you continue this rhetoric, somebody as this person in Indiana or this minister in Tennessee is going to openly call for violence if they have not already against one of the most iconic Americans in our history.”
President Trump promised throughout his campaign that he would restore the American people's faith in their government, and I believe he is well on his way to fulfilling that promise. Tonight, the President provided example after example of the work his administration has done to eliminate our bureaucratic bloat and refocus our government agencies on serving the American people, rather than working against them. The last four years were disastrous for Americans across the country, and under President Trump’s leadership, our path to recovery has begun.
Within the first month of being in office, President Trump has brought home wrongfully detained Americans, such as Marc Fogel, and this is just the beginning of a resurgence in America’s standing in the world. America is sending a clear message to our adversaries that American citizens are not to be used as political pawns. What’s more, we are moving forward on reforming federal spending and extending wealth-creating tax policies for every American family. America’s best days are still ahead!
President Trump's strong leadership has also had an immediate effect on our nation's border crisis. The red carpet that was rolled out by the Biden administration for illegal immigrants and drug cartels has been retracted. Common sense policy and the enforcement of our immigration laws are already making our border more secure.
I look forward to working with the Trump administration as we usher in a new Golden Age of America and regain the trust of the American people.
America’s Stars and Stripes is more than a flag. Old Glory is a symbol of a common heritage chosen by us and our ancestors over centuries. Sadly, the Biden Administration subsumed that commonality and pride in America’s flag by elevating contentious and divisive special interest flags to stand alongside the American flag. Far from bringing folks together, that politicization of our flag divided Americans.
That’s why I am proud to cosponsor @RepHarshbarger's, One Flag for All Act, which prohibits, with limited, common-sense exceptions, the flying, draping, or other display of any flag other than the flag of the United States at federal government buildings. We are one nation, and together, under our one flag, we stand united.
