Round 2 of a lost bag. @Iberia your baggage person at DFW told me I didn’t need to file a report; they knew where my bag was. That was two days ago and I still don’t have my bag nor can I get a PIR number. My AirTag shows bag is at @DFW. How can I get my bag? #dfwbaggage

Hey @vueling, we are done w/you. If there are weight restrictions on carry on bags, maybe you should provide that info, somewhere! Now, because a carry on is “1 lb over the invisible weight limit” you rush to check it, didn’t give me time to put a tag on it, and charge me! #done

I had hope after hearing back from @vueling here but, they decided to make this difficult and refuse to reimbursement for a covered expense identified in the Montreal Convention. Now going to AESA. Be careful 1) flying Vueling and 2) checking a bag. I won’t do either ever again.

@vueling lost/“delayed” our bag for 4 days. I purchased 3 things that are all covered under the Montreal convention as reimbursable expenses. @vueling is telling me only one is reimbursable and have ignored my follow ups for four days. Who can help me fight this? #lostmybag

@vueling you are the worst!Finally, after 92 hours our lost bag was delivered. Now trying to find the reimbursement form on your website so we can be reimbursed for necessary items we needed due to YOU losing our bag, you make us talk to a chatbot!! Why can’t you make it easy?!?

@hrswatigupta How do you claim the interim expense? We are on hour 84 with still no bag we have bought a few things we need. Items are more expensive abroad that at home o. The states. Will we have problems getting reimbursed? Where do you get the reimbursement form?

-Last seen wearing a white T-Shirt, dark pants and usually wore a cross.

-He was on Spring Break in Barcelona.

-Jimmy was out with friends clubbing. Last seen at about 3:00 a.m.

-Someone else was
found in possession of his cell phone that had been reported stolen.

-His friends did not stay with him after a night a clubbing. He stayed back at the club after his friends returned to the Airbnb. Shôko is a nightclub on the Barceloneta boardwalk.

-The club was on the beach near water.

**This reminds me of the Riley Strain case...
