Flying to ATL from HOU on @SouthwestAir and the gate agent told us that medications does not count as medical device bag. When asked if insulin would count, again she told us know…a little argumentative with us too. Is this the “new” Southwest?

@SouthwestAir when boarding flight WN298 out of HOU, we were told by the gate agent that medical devices cannot have their own bag separate from a carry on and personal item. Is this true? The agent was quite argumentative in fact regarding the issue.

@BenVerlander To me…this is no different than NCAA players sitting out bowl games for the sake of their future NFL careers. While yes…it would be nice to see them play…they are also vital members of the club and need to be healthy for the stretch.
