They’re assumed concepts within arguments which are implicit, and necessary in order to engage in discourse.

It isn’t your fault. Presuppositionalist apologists have made a concerted effort to blur the lines of what a presupposition is, and claim that the Christian god is “the necessary starting assumption that everyone MUST consciously accept in order to make reasoning possible” and not a controversial belief which has no impact whatsoever on a human being’s ability to reason.
