@Xfinity I have attempted several times to resolve the issue of fraudulent $100 charge. I need the contact information for your corporate office. Someone needs to pull the transcript from our service call, where we were told that a technician would be sent out “FREE OF CHARGE.”
@XfinitySupport you requested that I send a DM with the issue that I was having and it seems like I am still communicating with a robot. This is ridiculous. Do you not have any human customer service representatives?
@Xfinity your phone customer service is nonexistent. The AI operator hangs up when it’s out of answers. With the average customer paying well over $300 a month, I would think you could offer better customer service.

No one has answered for days at 281-233-8355 or 1-866-540-3669 and the voice mailbox is full. No updates have been sent since the apology email on Saturday.
@emirates You have failed miserably in handling your flights and passengers from Dubai to Houston EK211. People were waiting days with no communication and then you send the plane with absolutely no luggage. There was not adequate customer service at either location.
@VivintHome It is impossible to get someone in your customer service department to help. They are only interested in transferring the call to someone else. No one is will to take ownership and help resolve an issue!
