@TeamYouTube If the violantion is unintentional, a perm. ban seems like a very excessive punishment. And before such punishment, such large and respected platform should provide a proof that the usage of said material was not under the "fair use" umbrella 💁‍♂️

My small channel with th exact same content was permanently banned but I still see dozens of videos like this still being published on the platform without any consequences whatsoever. Rules for thee, not for me? 🙈

I'm afraid that this whole situation is caused by the fault of You Tube, so I don't see the point of writing to the owner again (he doesn't respond anyway).

@TeamYouTube 2.The issue is that I received a ban, but in the yt studio before publishing the materials I had information that admittedly there are copyrighted things in the videos but the author allows their use. I only found out that the videos were catching rules when they were taken down

@TeamYouTube 1. Thanks, but that's probably not what I had in mind. It was my account that got banned and I wrote repeatedly to yt support and the copyright owner about it but with no result. I am ready to remove all material.
