FYI, expired passports of illegals are usually rejected.
Since lots of illegals have expired passports, most cannot open a bank account.
But my experience with questionable aliens is that they don't have bank accounts and use cash for everything.

Of course there are about 14 - 18 million non-citizens who have some legal status and can get a government ID. But they should not be allowed to vote.
