This generation really was the best.
Dudes were absolutely murdering people on the gridiron.
Hazing was alive and well.

Guys did whatever it took to win and there wasn’t any social media to vocalize how barbaric it all was.
The sprit of competition was at its peak.
In the last interview of his life (1996), astronomer Carl Sagan gave an uncannily prescient warning of the dangers that arise when you cannot ask skeptical scientific questions of those in authority. Watch and ask yourself: was he right?

When you die, don't worry about your body...
Your relatives and funeral staff will do it. I know this first hand. I’ve done it myself…
They will take you out of the house and deliver you to the funeral home of your family’s choice.

Heavenly Father,
we see the Signs, we see the Birth Pains, and we see all events lining up with Scripture.
We lift up all lost souls to Your Throne of Grace;
may they find Mercy in time,
may the scales from their eyes be removed,
and hearts of stone broken
in JESUS Name.
AMEN.
