@Ciara87C Just over a year ago I hung myself for a number of reasons, as soon as I done it I knew I didn't want to die anymore. I was lucky I was cut down. I now once a month hold a wee group talk. It's so scary the fear, anxiety, depression etc that teenages face & feel ashamed about it.
