@RhonddaBryant That you support the weaponisation of formal Palestinian statehood as a threat to get Israel to abide by international law in over a month's time, rather than sanctions & cessation of trade now, says a lot about your politics & none of it good.
@JohnHealey_MP When he says "The UK did not participate", that's because he's worried the US bombings were, 1) an illegal act of aggression against a UN member state, 2) breached the Geneva Convention, and 3) constitute potential war crimes. But he still applauds them like a good stooge.

@Keir_Starmer How compromised or sociopathic do you have to be to go from human rights lawyer to complicit stooge kissing up to wanted war criminals, genocidaires, and authoritarian wannabe dictators?
@implausibleblog Birbalsingh: "no headteacher is worried about vodka in schools., because it is illegal for young people."
NASUWT (teachers union) 2 days ago: "use of drugs and alcohol by pupils contributing to violence and disruption in schools."

@TomLondon6 Unfortunately, those "shared values" are very much those of the British Establishment as rooted in empire, colonialism, and brutality in the name of capital and land gains. Not surprising, as in part modern Israel was enabled by British imperialism.
@samhusseini Husseini: "the Secretary General hopes?"
Tremblay: "call for ceasefire, humanitarian aid, hostage release [Israel to obey international law, UN member states to hold Israel accountable], has been issued loud and clear on numerous occasions..."
Everyone: so empty, baseless hope
@vonderleyen@netanyahu Israel: engaged in genocide & ethnic cleansing of the OPT; leader wanted by ICC for war crimes; attacks Syria, Lebanon, Yemen, & Iran; routinely kills journalists, aid workers, & medical staff; bombs hospitals, schools, religious sites, refugee tents.
Ursula: Iran's the problem.
@AssalRad Given the decades long general policy of avoiding contemporary military or weapon themes, you'd think @LEGO_Group might have something to say about what looks like their IP being used as pro-war propaganda.
@AndyGJBurge @CharlesAPugsley@reformparty_uk Do you think they specified which "St George's flag", since England's isn't the only one that could claim such a title? Unless they're advocating the flag of Genoa or Georgia be displayed outside Leicester County Hall, which would be a strange move for them.
@HFalconerMP Then maybe stop arming, aiding, and providing RAF surveillance flights for the party engaging in war crimes, ethnic cleansing, and genocide. Maybe live up to the requirements of the Genocide Prevention Convention. Maybe sanction Israel as you do Russia.
@EuropeanPowell@BBCPolitics Whilst baselessly dismissing the validity of serious health conditions demonstrates Streeting's continued unsuitability for his role (and generally deplorable nature) resignation or removal would require a level of morality sadly lacking in Starmer's Labour.
@TomLondon6 Sadly I think it's both weak and complicit. Over recent years it has made it increasingly clear that it functions as an establishment tool for hire whose leadership is thoroughly compromised.
@PhilipProudfoot The more I hear from Starmer the more he sounds like an up-market version of Lee Anderson. The same hateful, spiteful, small-mindedness, just with middle-class managerial styling for a veneer of respectability.
@Keir_Starmer Another meaningless soundbite from the vacuous PM and another object lesson in how to undermine your own party's electoral chances whilst emboldening the nationalist, racist wings of the country. You really are the biggest tool your father made.
@MarinaPurkiss It's not weakness, so much as it is doing the will of their paymasters and surrendering to those who hoard wealth in tax havens. This Labour government is again showing it won't stand up to the powerful and wealthy, only kick down at those already struggling.
@premnsikka Starmer's Labour government are bought and paid for, in service to the ultra rich, mega-corporations, and foreign interests, miles away from Labour's roots and its traditional core voter base. They couldn't do much better in trashing the party if they tried.
