@Mikey1732 I was around in the 1970’s.

It was AWFUL; non stop strikes, a broken economy, rampant inflation, and an incompetent Labour government ruled by the trade unions.

It took a strong PM with a realistic vision (Margaret Thatcher) for the future to sort things out.

The farmer who called in the RAF Fairford incident has spoken. And she's not having Wes Streeting's spin.

There were "definitely more than five," she says. Eight to ten. Faces covered. All dressed the same, "almost you'd have thought perhaps it was what they'd been told to wear."

Five were arrested. All five are now out on bail.

Streeting went on the telly to say she only had a "partial picture." Her reply? Nobody in any official capacity has even been in touch with her.

So: a declared major incident. The one witness from that night says more men were there than were ever arrested. Not one official has picked up the phone to her.

But the Defence Secretary found time to go on the BBC and mark down her account.

Something doesn't add up. 🤔
